Without meat or fish
Three items certainly are: the Veggie Roll, the edamame and the wakame salad. In Build your roll a protein is compulsory and none of the eight is vegetarian, so that route leads nowhere yet. If you need it, call us before you come.
In accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 1420/2006 on anisakis prevention, fish intended to be eaten raw has been frozen beforehand.
Every roll is made to order. At peak times that means a short wait.
